Trust is built in small moments. This Sacred Bonds session explores how couples earn, lose, and rebuild trust through everyday communication, drawing on the Qur’anic ethics of ṣidq (truthfulness), amānah (trust), and ḥusn al-ẓann (thinking well of one another).

Couples will practise listening without defending, naming needs without blame, and repairing after conflict. Register as a couple to sit together; individuals are welcome.
